Job description
- Work with key stakeholders to document and understand requirements and expectations for master data management.
- Perform detailed analysis in support of business requirements and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with business users, data stewards, and technical resources to align on requirements and outcomes.
- Monitor and investigate data quality and consistency issues.
- Document and report on identified issues and create/execute mitigation plans.
- Manage ticket workflows to ensure proper clarity and consistency in issue resolution.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong SQL and data exploration abilities.
- Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts is preferred.
- Working experience with modern data platforms and reporting tools is also preferred.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other analysis-heavy discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience in data management or analytics roles
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
