Job description

Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Manage projects involving ERP implementation, IT infrastructure, application upgrades, systems enhancements, and related technology initiatives
Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and communication plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources
Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage issues, and implement solutions
Support change management activities, including communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment
Provide clear project status updates, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to technical and non-technical audiences
Help establish structure, priorities, and project frameworks to keep teams focused and accountable
Lead project teams with clear direction, organization, and follow-through

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will bring strong IT project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex projects from planning through delivery., * 10+ years of project management experience

Strong IT project management experience
PMP certification required
Experience leading technology projects involving applications, infrastructure, ERP, systems upgrades, or cloud migration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to a broad audience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify risks, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward
Ability to think strategically and prioritize work based on business impact
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
Bachelor’s degree preferred
