Human Resources Information System Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an Analyst to support their Human Resources, IT, and Business Administration functions. manages and enhances SES Space & Defense’s HR systems, primarily ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors. This role combines day-to-day system administration with technology-driven initiatives focused on automation, AI, and process improvement. Working closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams, you will streamline workflows, improve reporting, maintain data integrity, and help deliver a better employee experience. Success requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance operational support with strategic technology projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field

6 years of HRIS experience in enterprise environment

Experience working within SuccessFactors or another system

Experience partnering with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit on compliance initiatives

Understanding of full HR business processes

Building cross-platform automations or AI -driven workflows

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI SharePoint experience

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities
