Oracle/SQL DBA

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle/SQL DBA with Liquibase expertise to manage enterprise Oracle database environments and drive database DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, high availability solutions, and implementing database version control and automated deployments using Liquibase integrated with CI/CD pipelines., <>Oracle Database Administration

• Manage Oracle database environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Ensure database availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Perform backup, recovery, cloning, refresh, and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor database health, storage, capacity, and resource utilization.
• Execute Oracle database patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Support Oracle RAC and Data Guard environments.

<>Liquibase & Database DevOps

• Design and implement database version control strategies using Liquibase.
• Develop and maintain Liquibase changelogs, changesets, and rollback scripts.
• Standardize and automate database deployments across environments.
• Automate schema migrations and database release processes.
• Ensure database changes are traceable, auditable, and compliant with governance standards.
• Manage migrations for database objects including tables, views, indexes, packages, procedures, triggers, and sequences.
• Implement database drift detection and remediation processes.

<>CI/CD & Release Management

• Integrate Liquibase with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Harness, or Bamboo.
• Automate database deployments within enterprise release pipelines.
• Implement deployment validation, approval workflows, rollback mechanisms, and release governance.
• Support production releases and environment synchronization activities.

<>Performance & Optimization

• Perform Oracle database performance tuning using AWR, ADDM, and SQL Tuning techniques.
• Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL code, and database resources.
• Implement capacity planning and proactive monitoring solutions.

• 10+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c.
• Hands-on experience with Liquibase.
• Oracle RAC and Data Guard administration.
• RMAN Backup & Recovery.
• Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• SQL and PL/SQL Development.
• Database Performance Tuning (AWR, ADDM, SQL Tuning).
• Database Release Management.
• Database Version Control and Automation.
• Git/GitHub/GitLab.
