Sr. Developer - UI

Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces that improve user interaction and experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Utilize design systems and tools like Figma to create visually appealing designs. Participate in the software development life cycle, including analysis, construction, testing, and implementation. Lead the development and support of IT solutions across various platforms and technologies. Research and recommend new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Skills Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on design systems. Proficient in Figma and other design tools. Solid understanding of front-end technologies and interaction design principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments. Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in UI design.
