Data Center Technician

• Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure the site’s environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.
• Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.

Our client, a leading data center environment, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Critical and Technical Services supporting the maintenance and operational excellence of critical client environments. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., * Training in a Technical discipline having served an apprenticeship or equivalent with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

• Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of this role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and basic math skills.
