Job description

Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Systems Architect for a hybrid (any hub location). Summary of the Project/Initiatives: We are building unified enterprise data governance platform to document, govern and manage the data across the enterprise to meet regulatory and compliance requirement. As part of the solution, we will connect/onboard various data sources/applications (Structured, semi structured) to collect the metadata, data lineage and perform the data quality. Additionally, we will have custom integrations built to connect third party systems and reporting to provide the insights into governance. Top Responsibilities

  • Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
  • Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Microservices/API development to build custom services/integrations

  • Hands-on experience in Microservices/API development using Java/Spring Boot
  • Experience in Data Governance and technologies such as Collibra, Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog
  • Experience in deploying and managing containerized applications
  • Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevSecOps principles
  • Experience building scalable and resilient applications in private or public cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and cloud technologies
  • Experience in deploying and managing containerized applications
  • Experience in various RDBMS/ETL technologies to connect and capture the Metadata and Data Lineage
  • Experience in Apache Spark to implement and perform Data Quality checks
  • Experience in Data Governance and technologies such as Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog
  • Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Finance experience desired
  • Interview process: 2 rounds Video (fully technical)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
