Job description

  • Design real-time data streaming between Service Cloud (Cases, Contacts, Work Orders) and Kafka topics.
  • Implement Salesforce Pub/Sub API (gRPC-based) or middleware like MuleSoft to bridge Kafka brokers with Salesforce.
  • Write Apex triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flows to publish or consume event messages inside Service Cloud.
  • Customize cases, entitlements, SLAs, and knowledge bases.
  • Configure Omni-Channel, skill-based routing, and the Service Console workspace.
  • Build complex Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, and custom LWC (Lightning Web Components).
  • Integrate modern features like Einstein Bots or Agentforce conversational tools.
  • Connect external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Implement CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and third-party chat tools like AWS.
  • Use Platform Events and middleware to exchange live data securely.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, Apex, Flows, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), REST/Streaming APIs.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Topics, Kafka Connect), gRPC, event streaming patterns.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Service Cloud Consultant.
