Job description
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will partner with prospective customers to understand technical requirements, deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to drive customer success, influence product direction, and develop scalable technical assets, while helping build and grow the Solutions Engineering function.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering roles supporting enterprise SaaS solutions.
- A background in the following domains: vAI, Observability, AIOps, automation, and enterprise operations.
- Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales and performance targets.
- Strong technical foundation in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies, with hands-on experience in areas such as Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), observability, incident response, or cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to lead proof-of-value (PoV) engagements from initial discovery through implementation, demonstrating clear business and technical outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders, tailoring messaging to the audience.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience developing technical demos, integrations, automation, or scripts using tools such as Python, APIs, Terraform, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve successful outcomes through technology adoption.
Benefits & conditions
Salary: $300,000 - $330,000 per year, $300-$330k total comp with 65/35 base/variable
