12+ years of Data Engineering / Analytics experience

8+ years of hands-on Snowflake development and production support

4+ years as a Technical Lead managing onshore/offshore teams

4+ years in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
-
Strong experience with Snowflake (Advanced SQL, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Performance Tuning, Security/RBAC)
-
Hands-on expertise in Talend ETL / Talend Open Studio
-
Strong Python programming (including Snowpark preferred)
-
Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI / AI-enabled analytics
-
Strong AWS Cloud data platform experience
-
Expertise in Data Engineering, ELT/ETL pipelines, CDC, and Data Modeling
-
Experience with CI/CD for Snowflake deployments
-
Production support, Root Cause Analysis, and Month-End Closing activities
-
Knowledge of Qlik Replicate and real-time/batch data ingestion
-
AI/ML data engineering experience (feature engineering, ML data pipelines, fraud detection, risk scoring)
-
Strong SQL optimization, query tuning, and warehouse performance optimization
-
Excellent stakeholder communication and customer-facing leadership skills
