Client Success Coach / "Scaling Architect" (Remote, 1099)

We’re looking for a seasoned Client Success Coach (we call this a “Scaling Architect”) to support multi-6- and 7-figure online business owners inside The Scaled CEO, Dr. Shannon Irvine’s advisory program for established business owners.

Your job: be the named accountability partner for a portfolio of 7-10 growing businesses and help them implement the Scaled CEO Operating System so they work fewer hours while the business keeps growing.

What You’ll Do

• Own a portfolio of ~7-10 established business owners as their primary accountability partner.
• Run weekly async check-ins (written / Loom) to keep clients focused on their 90-day plan.
• Lead monthly 1:1 calls to review dashboards, unblock execution, and set clear next actions.
• Once trained, facilitate or co-facilitate live group implementation calls.
• Spot systems gaps and patterns in a client’s CEO / Team / Profit systems and translate them into a simple next-move plan.
• Hold clients to a high standard: challenge without bruising, support without rescuing.
• Keep notes, action items, and client progress up to date in Monday.com and Google Drive.
• Partner with Shannon and the team to continually raise the bar on what “high-touch client care” looks like.

• You can write clear, concise feedback in Slack and show up powerfully on Zoom.
• You’re self-directed and comfortable operating as a 1099 contractor.
• You’re coachable and excited to go deep on someone else’s methodology, not just your own., If it looks like a fit, we’ll send you a short paid (or unpaid, your choice) project so you can show us how you think - no cold interview, no guessing games. From there: a quick call, a conversation with Dr. Shannon, and, if it’s a match, we’ll invite you to join us as a Scaling Architect.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

• 3+ years in business coaching, client success, operations consulting, or similar.
• Experience working with online / digital businesses (coaching, courses, agencies, masterminds, etc.).
• Proven track record of helping clients execute, not just “talk about strategy.”
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading on Zoom.
• Reliable tech setup and quiet environment for client calls.

Nice to Have

• Experience with: Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, Fathom, Google Drive.
• Background in behavior change, mindset, or neuroscience-informed coaching.

$2,000 - $6,000 a month - Part-time, Full-time, Pulled from the full job description
