Job description

SIGNiX is a leading provider of digital signature (eSignature) and remote online notarization (RON) solutions, based in Chattanooga, TN. We have 20 years in the market and operate with the pace of a startup. This is an onsite role in our Chattanooga office. You will work directly with our customers, partners, CTO and Engineering team, and report into our Product leadership team (currently the Chief Product Officer). There is a clear path forward from here - toward solutions architecture, technical account management, or integrations leadership - and we will back you to get there.

We are recruiting two integrations roles. This one is focused on delivery and developer support: projects, integrators, and the technical detail. The other, Head of Integrations, is focused on the commercial and executive side - growing adoption and building integration services. Apply for whichever fits you best, and tell us if you would consider either.

What You Will Do

  • Manage integration projects (new and enhancements) end to end, keeping documentation, timelines and roll-out plans current, and running regular check-ins with the people involved.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for integrators, investigating and resolving technical questions, challenges and support issues promptly, and provisioning the accounts and configuration they need (with our Engineering team behind you).
  • Consult on integration design: discovery, solutioning, and guiding integrators to follow SIGNiX best practices and make best use of our platform.
  • Present and demonstrate the API - use cases, benefits and approaches - and support sales calls and other customer engagements.
  • Write and maintain developer resources: documentation, sample code, tutorials and demos.

What Success Looks Like

  • Integration projects delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our customers and partners.
  • Integrators who are confident building on SIGNiX, with questions and issues resolved promptly.
  • More transactions flowing through the API, and wider use of premium features, as a result of the integrations you deliver and support.
  • Developer resources and demos that let integrators find answers for themselves.

Your First 90 Days

  • Learn our platform and API, using our test harness and Postman collection, with our CTO and Engineering team to learn from.
  • Shadow live integration projects, then take over the developer conversations on them.
  • Run your first integration project end to end, with support close at hand.
  • Find one thing that slows integrators down, and fix it.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS, software or technology - Tier 2 support, technical implementation, or integration project work. A strong support background with hands-on API exposure counts.
  • Comfort with APIs: able to read API documentation, work with XML and JSON payloads, and test REST API calls hands-on (for example with Postman or a similar tool). The ability to write or debug code to showcase API use cases is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, keeping documentation, tracking and reporting consistently up to date.
  • Confidence presenting, demonstrating and training, and a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, works well autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and is curious to learn new technologies and become a subject matter expert.

If you have supported or delivered an API integration end to end, we would like to hear from you - you do not need to tick every bullet on this list., * API integration: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Chattanooga, TN 37402 (Required)
