Workday IT Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Endpoint Operations Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management and Windows operations. This hands-on role focuses on SCCM/MECM software deployments, Windows troubleshooting, endpoint health, PowerShell automation, and root cause analysis across a large enterprise environment., * Manage and troubleshoot software deployments using SCCM/MECM.

• Resolve Windows OS, application, and patch deployment issues.

• 5+ years of SCCM/MECM administration and software deployment.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with software packaging (MSI, EXE, PSADT).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred: Nexthink, Intune integration, SQL/Power BI/SSRS reporting, and endpoint security or patch management experience.
