Job description

Seeking a Procurement Systems Specialist with strong SAP Ariba experience to support procurement operations, system administration, supplier enablement, reporting, and user adoption initiatives. This role will serve as a key resource for maintaining and improving Ariba processes, security, reporting, and end-user support., * Administer and support SAP Ariba upstream/downstream operations

  • Troubleshoot user issues, system requests, and production support needs
  • Manage supplier enablement, catalogs, Guided Buying, and access/security processes
  • Support quarterly Ariba releases, testing, documentation, and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reporting and procurement analytics
  • Coordinate user training, adoption efforts, and process improvements
  • Partner with procurement, IT, suppliers, and business stakeholders

Requirements

Do you have experience in System administration?, * 5+ years of procurement systems experience

  • Strong hands-on SAP Ariba administration/support experience
  • Experience with procurement workflows, supplier enablement, and user support
  • Power BI reporting and basic analytics experience
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer support skills

Preferred

  • SAP Ariba certifications
  • SQL/database knowledge
  • Experience with access governance, automation, and process improvement
