  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.

  • Work with HR, IT, Payroll and vendors to support integrations and system maintenance.

HR Technology Projects

  • Support key HR technology initiatives, including the implementation of UKG Pro Performance Management and integration of a new Applicant Tracking System.

  • Gather business requirements and recommend scalable system solutions.

  • Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.

Reporting & Data Governance

  • Develop and maintain HR reports using UKG BI and People Analytics.

  • Perform data audits, validation, and support HR data governance initiatives.

  • Deliver timely reporting and insights to HR and business leaders.

Process Improvement & User Support

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through system configuration and automation.

  • Provide functional support to HR users and create system documentation and job guides.

  • Support multiple initiatives while collaborating across HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of HRIS experience

  • UKG Pro experience preferred

  • Workforce Management experience preferred

  • Strong reporting and analytics skills (BI/People Analytics)

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests effectively

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting/analytics, workflows, or HR processes is a plus
