Stibo step MDM Architect

· Design, Clienthitecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP ClientM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices, · Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices. · Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules. · Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration. · Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules. · Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals

· 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (ClientM) solutions, with a strong focus on Stibo STEP ClientM/PIM solutions. · This role requires deep technical expertise, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solution. Skills and Requirements: · Lead the design, Clienthitecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP ClientM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices. · 12+ years of experience in implementing ClientM solutions, with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP ClientM/PIM. · Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP ClientM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment. · Stibo STEP ClientM/PIM implementation experience is required. · Excellent understanding of Product, Supplier, Customer Data model and experience in designing solutions · Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background. · Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: · Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices · Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops. · Responsible for design, Clienthitecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution.
