We are seeking an experienced AEM Enterprise Program Architect to design and lead end-to-end digital marketing and customer experience solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. This role requires strong architectural expertise, business acumen, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise transformations across omnichannel platforms., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years working with Adobe Experience Cloud as a practitioner, developer, and architect
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
• Strong expertise in defining both functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, including: AEM Sites & AEM Assets, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Real-Time CDP / AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Workfront

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
