UI React Front end Lead / Architect

8-10 years of frontend development experience with strong focus on React.js Deep expertise in React Hooks, functional components, and component design

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, etc.)

Solid understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, and rendering optimization Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, DOM, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y).

Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Bootstrap

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication Testing.

Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Storybook Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile practices, and DevOps workflows.

Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ownership mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally
