Job description

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise web applications that power customer-facing digital platforms, internal business portals, and cloud-native SaaS solutions. This role focuses on building highly responsive, scalable, and maintainable Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React while integrating seamlessly with enterprise APIs, cloud services, and microservices-based backend platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, cloud architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences across large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate combines deep React expertise with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, a passion for clean architecture, and experience building production applications that serve thousands of concurrent users., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React and TypeScript.

  • Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following enterprise design system standards.
  • Develop responsive web applications optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
  • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud-native backend platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, accessible user interfaces.
  • Implement efficient client-side state management using Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, or Context API.
  • Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, virtualization, and efficient rendering strategies.
  • Build secure authentication and authorization workflows using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure Active Directory, Okta, or Auth0.
  • Implement real-time features using WebSockets, SignalR, or Server-Sent Events (SSE).
  • Develop reusable custom hooks, utility libraries, and shared component packages.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, browser compatibility challenges, and front-end performance bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines., You will be joining a digital engineering team responsible for modernizing enterprise applications and delivering cloud-native customer experiences. Current initiatives include:
  • Enterprise customer self-service portals
  • Financial services dashboards and transaction platforms
  • Healthcare provider and patient engagement applications
  • Insurance policy management and claims processing systems
  • Real-time operational analytics and executive dashboards
  • Enterprise workflow automation and document management platforms
  • Cloud-native microservices hosted on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon EKS
  • Secure identity and access management solutions integrated with enterprise APIs

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will contribute to front-end architecture, UI development, API integration, testing, performance optimization, cloud deployments, and continuous enhancement of mission-critical enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of hands-on React development experience building enterprise applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React 18+, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Deep understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, Suspense, Error Boundaries, and component lifecycle.
  • Experience implementing state management using Redux Toolkit, Redux, Zustand, React Query (TanStack Query), or Context API.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Experience working with authentication technologies including JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD, Okta, Auth0, or OpenID Connect.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility (WCAG), semantic HTML, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build tools including Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.
  • Experience working with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Experience using CI/CD platforms including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills using Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and browser profiling tools.
  • Experience consuming backend services built with .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments., * Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms supporting thousands of concurrent users.
  • Familiarity with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
  • Experience implementing Micro Frontend architecture using Module Federation.
  • Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and offline-first web applications.
  • Experience integrating real-time communication using SignalR, WebSockets, or Firebase.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
  • Familiarity with OpenAPI (Swagger), GraphQL, Apollo Client, and API Gateway integrations.
  • Experience developing reusable enterprise component libraries and design systems.
  • Exposure to OpenTelemetry, application monitoring, and front-end observability tools.
