Job description
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
This is a dayshift position and requires on-site presence at the Data Center facility based in Colorado City, TX. 12 hour shifts - 3 on 4 off / 4 on 3 off
Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance in mission-critical enterprise environments.

Skilled in daily site inspections of mechanical and engineering systems, BMS alarm response, UPS/PDU meter readings, HVAC monitoring, and vendor coordination.

Proven ability to follow established procedures, complete planned PMs on schedule, maintain comprehensive maintenance records, and uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Leadership & General Skills:
-
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
-
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
What You’ll Need:
-
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset., Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
