Requirements
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), * Associate degree or 5 years of technical experience in Electron Microscopy., service, or engineering role with complex analytical or scientific instrumentation
- Preferred Fields of Study: Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Comprehensive knowledge in electron microscopy systems, particularly SEM, TEM, or EFA technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines including electronics, mechanics, optics, vacuum systems, and software
- Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated project leadership and ability to complete technical initiatives
- Experience developing and delivering technical training and documentation
- Demonstrated success in customer relationship management
- Strong problem-solving capabilities using structured methodologies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
- Proficiency with remote support tools and digital technologies
- Valid passport and willingness to travel 25-50% of time, including international
- Experience with quality systems and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting and developing team members
