Job description

  • Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking, validation, and reporting
  • Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures
  • Execute value measurement processes that connect delivery outputs to business outcomes
  • Continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including intake, demand management, and prioritization support
  • Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts to visualize value realization, delivery performance, and strategic progress, * Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or related disciplines
  • Proficiency with Lean-Agile practices, portfolio operations, and enterprise tools like Clarity, Rally, or Jira
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training
