Lead analytics work across operations, finance, clinical quality, and BD. Build and maintain BI tables and dashboards, ensure metric accuracy, run operational and growth analyses, support financial forecasting and partner reporting, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to improve efficiency, patient experience, and strategic decisions. Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone., We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy.

You will be a highly-leveraged analytics resource at Getlabs (acquired by Function Health), including everything from foundational data modeling and dashboarding to key business analyses that inform company decisions. You will work across Operations, Finance, Clinical Quality, and Business Development to help the company operate more effectively and scale.

At Getlabs, you will: Maintain Core Analytics & Data Infrastructure:

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve BI tables and data models that power company reporting
  • Develop and manage dashboards used across Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key metrics across the organization
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing reporting and analytics workflows Drive Operational Insights & Optimization

  • Analyze appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to improve efficiency
  • Support supply/demand planning and resource allocation across markets Support Strategic & Growth Initiatives

  • Build models to evaluate new market expansion opportunities
  • Conduct geographic and partner-level analyses to inform growth decisions
  • Support pricing and partnership strategy with data-backed recommendations Partner with Business Development & External Stakeholders:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for top enterprise partners
  • Investigate partner questions and performance issues through ad hoc analyses
  • Collaborate with BD on feasibility and sizing for new partnerships Improve Patient Experience & Clinical Quality:

  • Analyze cancellations, reschedules, and service quality metrics across markets
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and experience Financial Modeling & Forecasting:

  • Calculate key projections for financial forecasts, including B2B and DTC demand
  • Assess QoQ financial performance, as well as quarterly performance vs. budget

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mode, Tableau), and ideally some experience with a coding language (e.g., Python or R)
  • Ability to effectively and responsibly leverage AI tools for data analysis is helpful
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to own both high-impact strategic work and day-to-day analytics needs
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively across diverse teams and personalities
