Implementation Specialist I

Under the direction of project leads, assists with the setup of a combination of various technologies to

contribute to the creation of a complete customer solution. Tests and monitors the solution to ensure

proper implementation and customer satisfaction, * Assists with the design, development, and testing of a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of a larger project.

• Assists with the development and testing of documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation requirements.
• Participates and provides input in project reviews.
• Under supervision, runs test designed by more experienced program/project leads.
• Reviews test results and may perform root cause analysis to identify problems.
• Provides recommendations and implements solutions for general issues. Ensures compliance with quality processes and standards.
• Seeks out new tools to analyze and solve problems.
• Receives detailed instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments
• Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
• May serve as a contact for internal or external customers on routine matters.

Preferred:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Work Experience: 0-2 years
• Experience in IT system installation a strong plus
• Must be proficient in the use of: MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
• Communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, uses proper language and grammar).

$23.62 - $35.42 Hourly

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
