Job description
- Provide IT support to internal users, ensuring service excellence
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, and related hardware
- Track and maintain device and software inventory throughout lifecycle
- Executes system updates, changes, and decommissions following change management protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Contribute to process improvements using data, metrics, and Lean methodologies
- Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity practices and report any vulnerabilities or incidents
- Communicate status updates and document all work thoroughly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of related IT support / desktop administration experience
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and end-user computing devices
- Knowledge of device lifecycle management and inventory tracking
- Familiarity with change management processes (updates, modifications, deployments)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (intermediate level)
- Ability to follow IT policies, standards, and security procedures
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience contributing to process improvement using Lean concepts or metrics
- Exposure to root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Experience in cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability identification
- Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments with global standards
- Ability to present to small groups or stakeholders
