REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning * Preferred Fields of Study: Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field * Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling * Expertise in machine learning frameworks including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Databricks) * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard development * Proficiency in statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing * Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into analytical solutions * Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development * Knowledge of DevOps practices and version control systems (Git) * Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning preferred * Domain knowledge in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research valued * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent project management and organizational abilities * Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Benefits & conditions

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $95,900.00-$127,800.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
