Pharmacy Technician/Support Team

• Provide exceptional support to independent pharmacy members by phone, email, and online meetings.
• Answer questions regarding RxConnexion’s technology solutions, pharmacy services, and operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot basic software and workflow issues, escalating technical concerns when appropriate.
• Educate pharmacies on best practices related to pharmacy operations, reimbursement, workflow efficiency, and technology.
• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective pharmacy members to introduce products, schedule demonstrations, and maintain strong relationships.
• Follow up with members regarding onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of member requests.
• Stay current on pharmacy industry trends, PBMs, reimbursement changes, and pharmacy technology.

RxConnexion is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail pharmacy professional who enjoys helping independent pharmacies succeed through technology, education, and operational support.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of community pharmacy operations, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working with pharmacy technology, supporting customers, and proactively reaching out to pharmacy members., * Minimum 5 years of retail pharmacy technician experience (required).

• Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail pharmacy
• Community pharmacy workflow
• Prescription processing
• Third-party insurance and PBM claims
• Pharmacy technology and pharmacy management systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, technicians, and office staff.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound (cold) calls and building relationships over the phone.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Independent pharmacy experience.
• Experience training pharmacy staff.
• Familiarity with pharmacy analytics, medication synchronization, adherence programs, or pharmacy technology platforms.
• Sales or account management experience is a plus.
