Job description

The student will assist in reviewing and updating web-based content, including PDF files, in relation to new Title II ADA requirements. The job will include using a web content management system, Excel/Google Sheets, and Adobe PDF software. Once discrepancies are identified, they will be logged and tracked along with suggested edits. If edits are approved, they will be updated in the associated PDF files or web pages. Additional office-related tasks and web work may be requested.

Requirements

Organized
Effective use of oral and written communication
Comfortable using a computer
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
Familiar with PDF documents and basic text editing skills
Familiar with Google Email
Familiar with Chrome Browser
Any experience with Web CMS or HTML (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
