Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT2 professional specializing in SWIFT Network and Treasury Management Systems to join our dynamic technology team. This role involves managing and supporting complex financial messaging platforms, ensuring seamless integration with treasury operations, and maintaining the security and efficiency of critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in system architecture, software implementation, and infrastructure management, contributing to the stability and innovation of our financial technology environment.   • Manage and support SWIFT network connectivity (SWIFTAlliance Access/Entry, SWIFT Alliance Lite2, or equivalent).
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 (MX) messages.
  • Handle RMA management, key exchange, certificates, and SWIFT security controls.
  • Ensure compliance with SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) requirements.
  • Coordinate with SWIFT service bureaus, correspondent banks, and internal stakeholders.

Treasury Management Systems (TMS)

  • Support day-to-day operations and enhancements of the Treasury Management System (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, FIS, ION, SAP Treasury, or similar).
  • Integrate TMS with banks, ERP systems, and SWIFT interfaces.
  • Support treasury functions including cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, bank account management, and reconciliations.
  • Troubleshoot TMS-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Application & Production Support

  • Provide Level 2 (L2/IT2) production support for treasury and SWIFT-related applications.
  • Monitor system health, job schedules, interfaces, and message flows.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and change deployments within SLA.
  • Participate in releases, upgrades, patches, and business continuity testing.

Compliance, Security & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements impacting treasury systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, interfaces, and support procedures.
  • Support audits and security reviews related to SWIFT and treasury platforms.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT2 resource with strong expertise in SWIFT network connectivity, messaging standards, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to support and enhance enterprise financial messaging and treasury operations. The role requires close collaboration with treasury, finance, banking partners, and IT infrastructure teams at an onsite US location., * 5-8 years of IT experience, with strong hands-on exposure to SWIFT and treasury systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of:
  • SWIFT messaging (MT, MX, ISO 20022)
  • SWIFT CSP, certificates, PKI, and RMA
  • Treasury processes (payments, cash management, bank connectivity)
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (any major TMS platform).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, interfaces, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux, basic SQL, scheduling tools, and file transfers (SFTP).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior onsite experience in the USA working with global treasury or banking clients.
  • Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle Financials).
  • Exposure to payment hubs and regulatory payment standards.
  • Knowledge of middleware tools (MQ, web services, APIs)., * SWIFT Network & Messaging: 5 years (Required)
