Job description
- Design and support highly available Azure infrastructure and applications
- Improve reliability through automation and Terraform (IaC)
- Build observability solutions using Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry (OTel), Azure Monitor, and Application Insights
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud operations
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to improve operational excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry (OTel)
- Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
- CI/CD and deployment automation
- Incident management and production support
- PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting is a plus
