Lead/Senior Full Stack Engineer | Remote - USA | 5+ years

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, experience leading development efforts, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies.

• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces with React (Vite), Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python, TypeScript, NestJS, and Prisma.
• Implement real-time communication using WebSockets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Develop and execute unit tests while following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Integrate applications with databases and external services.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, design discussions, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application performance.

Mandatory skills: React (Vitejs), Tailwindcss &shadcn, Python, Typescript, Nestjs, Prisma, websockets, * 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong expertise in React (Vite).
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS and Prisma ORM.
• Experience implementing WebSockets for real-time applications.
• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of Docker, Amazon ECS, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of Clean Architecture and Twelve-Factor App principles.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Prior experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring developers.
