Program Administrator, Computer Science

The Undergraduate Program and Student Success Coordinator provides comprehensive administration, advising support, communications, and operational management for both the B.S. in Computer Science (CS) and B.S in Artificial Intelligence (AI) undergraduate programs., This position serves as the primary coordinator for student progression from admission through graduation, ensuring compliance with university and departmental policies while supporting student success, retention, and program growth.

• Knowledge and expertise in concepts, principles, and practices of designated
• professional discipline typically obtained by a Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 2 years of
• professional experience., * Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years related experience supporting student success and
• program management within a university.
• Demonstrated proficiency with student information systems, degree audit systems, and CRM databases (e.g., Banner, DARS, Slate, Cognos).
• Intermediate skills in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel/Word, Google Suite) and basic website content management system (CMS) updating.

Work Days/Hours Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement Salary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. PSU has a structured process for determining starting compensation, taking into account years of related experience, applicable skills, knowledge and abilities, market parity, and internal equity.

The starting annual salary for this position will be between $55,704 and $60,192 but may be negotiated above this rate dependent upon the factors above, the budget of the hiring department, and approval from HR.
