Requirements
chemicals/oil and gas manufacturing change management experience quick learner, who can develop and help facilitate training Comfortable with going to some of the manufacturing sites for stakeholder engagement and training as needed Minimum general requirements include: 5+ years of organizational change management experience providing end-to-end change management support for large scale enterprise initiatives Experience developing and managing change management deliverables, including, but not limited to: Change Management Strategies Comprehensive Change Management Plans Stakeholder Analysis and Impact Assessments Training Plans and Materials Communication Plans and Project related communications Mitigation Plans Change Readiness Assessments Sustainment Plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership coaching and consulting skills Experience working on cross-functional project teams Facilitation and Training Experience Experience providing CM support on Agile and Waterfall managed projects
