Job description

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience specializing in ReactJS development using React and TypeScript, Design develop and maintain complex web applications using React and TypeScript. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UIUX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ReactJS and frontend development. Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and reliability. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the frontend development efforts within the ReactJS skill cluster family. Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and productivity. Collaborate with product managers designers and backend developers to deliver high quality software solutions. Drive the adoption of TypeScript and React best practices across projects. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions. Ensure adherence to coding standards security guidelines and development processes.

Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives
