Solutions Delivery Analyst

• Perform complex benefit audits (contractual/non-contractual) with full accuracy and SLA adherence.

• Maintain certification across all HW/DC/DB events and apply expertise during audit checks. (contractual/non-contractual)

• Conduct QC, improve documentation quality, and close audit issues/JIRA tasks.

• Timely sampling and work allocation.

• Perform fail analysis on audit errors. Use data analysis to identify audit patterns, gaps, or improvement opportunities. (contractual/non-contractual)

• Support escalations, deep-dive reviews, and SME-level audit clarifications., The Solutions Delivery Analyst executes complex benefit audits and supports operational improvements. The role validates high-risk scenarios, manages complex workflows, resolves escalations, and ensures SOPs reflect the latest process changes. They function as audit SMEs, supporting multiple clients. Participate in training & certification of new hires. Keep a track of daily inventory & priority client .Maintain audit repository to perform analysis when needed.

• Strong domain expertise across HW/DC/DB with mandatory event certifications.

• Ability to perform complex calculations and validate multi-step plan rules.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Advanced MS Office and strong communication skills., + Graduate (with exclusions).

• 3.5-5 years in US Benefits Audit or Administration.
