Job description
CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. This position under general supervision, assists users with government databases, software, and systems. You will also support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues. Candidates will be required to work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am - 4:00pm.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
- US Citizen with an Active TS/SCI Fullscope poly.
- IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
- Prior Systems Administrator experience (2+ years)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Desired:
- IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security) and IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+CE)
- Prior Systems Administrator experience (5+ years)
- Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years)

The proposed salary range for this position is: $61,100 - $122,200
