Senior AI Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365...

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop intelligent applications, AI-powered automation, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem while leveraging modern AI technologies to improve business processes and user experiences., + Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and external knowledge sources for AI-powered solutions.

• Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering, topic configuration, and continuous monitoring.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI/Copilot integrations.

• Experience with C#, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.

• Experience with GitHub or Git-based source control.

• Experience with Power Apps, Azure DevOps, Plug-in Development, and Workflows.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs.

• Experience integrating Azure services using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
