Manufacturing System Specialist

• The MES FAM configures custom routings within the SAP ME system for each product. These changes can be related to the introduction of new products and to changes to existing products.
• The MES FAM is the lead member of the MES team on that shift.
• The MES FAM is the subject-matter expert in MES and supports MES technicians in issue escalation.
• The MES FAM relies on SQL data processing for troubleshooting, configuration, and general utility in MES.
• The MES FAM frequently uses SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for order corrections and SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) for troubleshooting inter-system communication.

• High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years+ of experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor’s Degree.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in PA is $29.00 to $45.00, plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
