Job description
- Complete basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products and processes in accordance with defined procedures under the direction of more experienced staff.
- Provides status updates to SEL staff and customers. Communicates effectively with team and internal partners and customers.
- Learn and follow department processes while communicating opportunities for improvement to documentation or work instructions.
- Represent your team by participating in collaborative improvement efforts.
- Develop basic proficiency in the activities required to support one of the Operation Team’s disciplines (i.e. Flowline product failures, Product Hospital, test infrastructure support, or Test Lab), or R&D’s disciplines (i.e. Lab Support, Product Test, Infrastructure, or Compliance).
- Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understand. Create. Simplify.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Two years’ relevant experience
- Able to efficiently operate Windows and MS Office
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s), * Two years’ experience working with SEL products
- Experience with computer-controlled test equipment
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, electronic schematics, and wiring diagrams
Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Sit and stand for at least 8 hours
- Vision correctable to 20/30 or better
- Ability to differentiate color
- Use of computer keyboard devices
- Reach, Bend, Twist

Pay Range Data - $25.96 - $38.37 per hour
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at level 1, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
