IT Project Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Management Support Trainee to assist in planning, tracking, and coordination of projects. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals seeking exposure to IT project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and PMO practices., * Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables

• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Track project milestones, tasks, risks, and issues
• Support in preparing weekly/monthly status reports (WBS, RAID logs, MIS)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task follow-ups and status updates
• Help in organizing project meetings, preparing MOMs, and tracking action items
• Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and templates
• Support in resource tracking and utilization reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of project management concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Planisware, I3PM, MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Power BI
• Basic exposure to ITSM or project lifecycle environments
• Certification/training in PMP, SAFE, CAPM, or Agile

$30 - $32 an hour - Contract
