Sr. System Engineer

In this role, you will lead infrastructure projects, optimize system performance and reliability, implement security best practices, and serve as a technical mentor for junior team members. You will partner closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals while supporting a secure and scalable environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

4-8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related technical role.

Minimum 2 certifications needed

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

CompTIA A+ CompTIA Security+ Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) Other relevant Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, or cloud infrastructure certifications
