*Bachelor’’s degree or equivalent experience
*5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
*Direct, hands-on experience managing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) programs including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, & Journey Optimizer
*Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
*Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal- with the ability to present ideas clearly.
*A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
*Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive results under pressure.
*Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
*Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in team settings.
*Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
*Proficiency in SharePoint, Workfront, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools.
*Proven experience leading large, cross-functional Adobe Experience Platform implementations end-to-end, from architecture through launch.
*Working knowledge of AEP components such as Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, XDM schemas, and data ingestion/activation pipelines, sufficient to engage credibly with engineering on technical trade-offs.
