Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect

The Senior Consultant - Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise-grade data and activation solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud, with a primary focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

This role bridges data architecture, platform engineering, and activation enablement, ensuring scalable and governed implementations that support real-time personalization and data-driven decisioning., AEP Architecture & Implementation

• Lead architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions
• Design end-to-end data ingestion, identity resolution, and profile architecture
• Enable Real-Time Customer Profile and segmentation frameworks
• Implement and oversee Web SDK and event-based data collection
• Define best practices for scalable, secure, and governable AEP deployments

Customer Journey & Activation (AJO Focus)

• Design and implement use cases in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Enable real-time offer decisioning and journey orchestration
• Translate business use cases into scalable activation workflows
• Operationalize cross-channel activation leveraging AEP data

Data Integration & Platform Enablement

• Architect data pipelines across web, mobile, and cloud-based data sources into AEP
• Enable downstream integrations including Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and activation systems
• Define and enforce data models (XDM schemas) aligned to enterprise standards
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across the ecosystem

Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership

• Lead solution design, estimation, and proof-of-concept (POC) development
• Provide architectural oversight on complex implementations and integrations
• Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices
• Support roadmap planning and prioritization for AEP initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with analytics, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver integrated AEP solutions
• Guide implementation teams on architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Support sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and delivery QA
• Collaborate with internal platform experts to align on solution design

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

• Strong experience with Web SDK and event-driven data collection
• Expertise in identity resolution and Real-Time Customer Profile
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Experience with XDM schema design and data modeling
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns
• Experience working with cloud-based data pipelines and storage

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing AEP across complex, multi-channel ecosystems
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end AEP implementations (design through activation)
• Experience developing proof-of-concepts and validating new platform capabilities
• Exposure to emerging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and roadmap

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
