AI Business Design Strategist

Step into a Business Design Strategist role focused on helping organizations adopt AI in enterprise workflows and turn strategy into practical, future-ready ways of working. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, guide transformation, and shape solutions that connect business goals, human-centered design, and digital innovation. Responsibilities

• Assess business goals, organizational readiness, and AI capabilities to inform strategy and adoption planning.
• Design future-state workflows and ways of working by evaluating use cases, workflow needs, and AI tool opportunities.
• Guide clients through transformation efforts by prioritizing capabilities and mapping paths toward adoption.
• Lead qualitative research activities such as interviews and observations to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams across UX, UI, product, technology, analytics, and change management to develop integrated solutions.
• Support and facilitate client workshops that build alignment, momentum, and shared direction.
• Develop recommendations for incorporating AI into existing engineering workflows.

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or business analysis with exposure to AI.
• Experience supporting enterprise strategy for AI-driven initiatives.
• Background in digital transformation or service design.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Strong qualitative research and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfort working across disciplines and connecting people, processes, and platforms.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or another relevant graduate degree in business, design, or innovation.
• Experience working in environments focused on AI adoption and workflow improvement.
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude and Cowork.
• Experience helping teams translate ideas into actionable implementation plans.
• A thoughtful, client-centered approach with a collaborative mindset.
