Job description

  • Partner with Product Management to gather and interpret customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create, present, and review detailed design documents for upcoming platform features
  • Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to develop and thoroughly test new functionality
  • Maintain and support released features within the production environment
  • Contribute to building and scaling a cloud-based SaaS security platform as part of the R&D team

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional backend software development experience
  • Solid grasp of object-oriented programming fundamentals
  • Strong proficiency in Java along with hands-on expertise using the Spring Boot framework
  • Proven ability to architect and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL databases
  • Front-end development experience (particularly with ReactJS) is highly desirable
