Security & Privacy Integration Program Manager...

• Client is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our security posture and reduce risk across the organization.

• In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional engineering teams, security stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver large-scale security solutions.

• The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong technical expertise, proven program management skills, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and key partners to understand security needs and design effective solutions that reduce organizational risk.

• Lead end-to-end program management for security initiatives - including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery - ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to design and implement security improvements, from inception through project closure.

• Drive cross-functional alignment, proactively remove roadblocks, and ensure clear communication of program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, frameworks, and program delivery methodologies.

• 5+ years of experience in program management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or delivering security-focused projects.

• Experience working in a large-scale enterprise or cloud environment.

• Familiarity with modern security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management methodologies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization.

• PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale security programs from initiation through delivery.

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience implementing security solutions.
