Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions spanning Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cross-cloud architecture, data integration, customer identity, and enterprise solution design, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions., * Design and own end-to-end cross-cloud architecture across Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Sales/Service Cloud, ensuring seamless sharing of customer identity, profile, transactional, and behavioral data.

• Define and govern a unified customer identity strategy, shared data models, naming conventions, and audience definitions to maintain data consistency across all Salesforce platforms.
• Architect and oversee integration patterns using REST, SOAP, streaming, ETL/reverse ETL, and middleware technologies to connect Salesforce platforms with enterprise systems including POS, ERP/SAP, OMS, loyalty platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Lead data activation strategies by defining the flow of data from source systems into Salesforce Data Cloud and enabling activation across Marketing Cloud Journeys, personalization platforms, and SFCC storefronts.
• Translate business requirements from merchandising, marketing, and operations teams into scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce solution architectures.
• Develop and maintain solution blueprints, technical architecture documents, integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and other design artifacts to support engineering and implementation teams.
• Review and govern solution architecture, integration designs, and development deliverables produced by internal engineering teams and onshore/offshore implementation partners, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to SFCC development teams responsible for storefront implementation and ongoing enhancements.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options by assessing Salesforce AppExchange products, third-party connectors, and emerging Salesforce capabilities such as Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Personalization, recommending solutions aligned with the organization’s technology roadmap.

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with several years in a Salesforce Architect role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce/SFCC), Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, ETL, streaming technologies, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience designing customer identity, master data, and enterprise data integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture best practices, security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/SAP, POS, OMS, loyalty, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred.
