Digital Product Owner

• Partner with diverse stakeholders (business, clinical, technology, UX, and vendors) to elicit, analyze, prioritize, and validate business requirements for digital patient engagement and experience initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring requirements, dependencies, timelines, and risks are clearly understood and communicated.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data models, and functional documentation to support development and implementation.
• Own ongoing stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates, reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies, acting as a bridge between business vision and technical execution.

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Product Owner in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements in the form of well structured user stories and supporting artifacts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivery quality.
• Strong background in stakeholder communication, including presenting insights, reporting status, and aligning diverse groups around shared goals.
• Experience working in client facing roles, with the confidence to lead discussions and navigate ambiguity.
• Pharmaceutical industry and patient engagement experience is required
• Experience in Customer Experience or Web Accessibility is highly preferred
• Must be onsite in Titusville, NJ

Education:

• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
