Job description
- Experience is required to support software development and full life cycle testing of mission systems including the design, development, and maintenance of test plans\/cases\/processes, the creation and maintenance of test environments and automated test capabilities, the performance of Integration \x26amp; Testing and Acceptance Testing, and the reporting and tracking of problems through their resolution.</span></span></span>, + Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.</span></span></span>
Requirements

Knowledge of test automation using Python, performance\/load\/stress testing, data interface testing, user interface testing, security testing, code coverage tools, and systems integration testing.</span></span></span>

Experience related to the installation, configuration, management, and enhancement of software applications, LINUX systems, and connected network components.</span></span></span>

Experience with at least four (4) of the following knowledge areas: Test automation development (or demonstrated development experience), Performance\/load\/stress testing, Data interface testing, User interface testing, Security testing, Code coverage tools, Systems integration testing</span></span></span>, + An active and current TS\/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.</span></span></span></span></span>

Six (6) years of experience as a STE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. Four (4) years of additional Test Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a degree.</span></span>

Will work individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware\/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)\/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS)in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.</span></span>
