10+ years of overall IT experience

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)

Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies:

Daily Stand-ups

Sprint Planning

Sprint Reviews

Retrospectives

Backlog Grooming

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

Banking/Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred

Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
